Story :

When he loses a highly publicized virtual boxing match to ex-champ Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone); reigning heavyweight title holder Mason Dixon (Antonio Tarver) retaliates by challenging the Italian Stallion to a nationally televised; 10-round exhibition bout.
