Story :

This unique documentary is a fascinating and enjoyable presentation on the recording of "H.M. Blues" - a very special collection of songs composed by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej. Many talented artists and musicians such as Suranee Ithikul, Peter Corp Dyrendal, Jugg-Chawin, Voice Trainer Big-Karn-Poom-Bee, the Sincharoen Brothers along with some of the most talented young singers and musicians from Chulalongkorn, Thammasat, Kasetsart and other institutions, came together for this project, to sing and perform H.M.'s wonderful songs. The "H.M. Blues" documentary will most definitely help you better understand and appreciate our beloved King's substantial musical talent. Including Dr.Manrat Srikaranonda, Dr.Pathorn Srikaranonda, Assoc.Prof.Sodsai Pantoomkomol and Jirapan Ansvananda. Now you can enjoy His Majesty's songs with enhanced listening pleasure, by knowing why and how the melodies and lyrics were created and how they combined so well, to make such a marvelous collection of music for all to enhoy.

ดีวีดี ภาพยนตร์ “สารคดีพระอัจฉริยภาพทางดนตรี” เป็นหนึ่งในโครงการ H.M.BLUES ที่มุ่งหวังให้ประชาชนชาวไทยทุกเพศ ทุกวัยได้เห็นถึงพระอัจฉริยภาพทางดนตรีอันลึกล้ำของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ที่ยังมีเพียงน้อยคนนักจะมีโอกาสได้รู้ ได้เห็น และเพื่อเฉลิมพระเกียรติ เนื่องในศุภวาระที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ได้เสด็จขึ้นครองราชย์ครบ 60 ปี ในปีพ.ศ. 2549 และ ในโอกาสที่จะทรงมีพระชนมพรรษาครบ 80 พรรษา ในวันที่ 5 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2550
สำหรับ ดีวีดี ภาพยนต์ “สารคดีพระอัจฉริยภาพทางดนตรี “ ได้มีการนำภาพที่หาชมได้ยากขณะที่ทรงดนตรีในช่วงเวลา และ สถานที่ต่างๆ กัน มาประมวลภาพได้อย่างเหมาะสม พร้อมการเล่าเรื่อง ผ่านบุคคลต่างๆ ที่ได้รับใช้ใต้เบื้องพระยุคลบาทเกี่ยวกับทางด้านดนตรี อาทิ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ประเสริฐ ณ นคร และ เรืออากาศตรี ศาสตราจารย์พิเศษ ดร.แมนรัตน์ ศรีกรานนท์ ศิลปินแห่งชาติ ทั้งยังมีเกร็ดประวัติของแต่ละบทเพลงว่ามีประวัติความเป็นมาอย่างไร ซึ่งประชาชนทั่วไปสามารถชมได้อย่างเพลิดเพลินตลอด 1 ชั่วโมงครึ่งที่มีการนำเสนออย่างน่าสนใจและผ่านสื่อที่ทันสมัย อีกทั้งยังจะได้รับความรู้ที่ถือว่าเป็นแหล่งข้อมูลสำหรับนำไปค้นคว้าศึกษาได้อีกทางหนึ่ง และยังนำไปประกอบการเรียน การสอน ในสถานศึกษาได้อย่างถูกต้อง สมบูรณ์อีกด้วย
