Story :

Stephen Chow is back as undercover police officer Chow Sing Sing. This time out he is sent to investigate the murder of millionaire Million Wong, to whom Chow has an uncanny resemblance, by posing as Wong himself. The HK Police contacts Mrs. Wong to tell her they have located her alive but amnesic husband. Through meeting Wong's strange friends and family, and several mishaps, Chow believes that he has solved the case, only to find that his girlfriend, Min, is dating the murder suspect.
