Story :

Special Crimes Inspector Cheung (Lee) is the best at what he does, but his contemptuous disregard for protocol lands him in hot water with his new boss. When proper procedure gets in the way of Cheung's attempt to bring down a notorious crime boss (Shing Fui On, God of Gamblers, The Blue Jean Monster), the frustrated detective pins his hopes on a young hood, Ah Wai (Chow), with a dangerous underworld connection. But Cheung's biggest challenge of all will be befriending Ah Wai, who understandably wants nothing to do with the cop who busted him.
