Story :

Jersy, a rascal and illegal gambler, worked his way to fame in Hong Kong for being the number one gambler. Jersy's fame is shadows by the legendary Cool who disappeared from Hong Kong three years ago. Jersy is finally convinced by his girlfriend to go on a shopping vacation in Japan, while in Japan they encounter Cool running a small restaurant. Cool tells Jersy his story and they become friends and help each other to get back to Hong Kong with Karen, Cool's old girlfriend who has been in the hands of his enemy.

หานซี นักพนันตัวเล็กๆอยากเป็นพี่ใหญ่ที่มีชื่อเสียงเหมือนเซียนรุ่นก่อนอย่างอากู่ที่ถอนตัวจากวงการไปเมื่อ 3ปีก่อน หานซีตามไปพบที่โตเกียวประเทศญี่ปุ่น ในขณะที่อากู่มีปัญหากับพวกญี่ปุ่น หานซีพากลับฮ่องกงแต่หยังซูที่เคยเป็นพี่น้องทรยศไปเข้ากับซีโตเอะ ซาตะ ต้องการชนะอากู่เพื่อการมีชื่อเสียงในวงการ จับเหรอเหยินภรรยาอากู่ไป บีบให้อากู่เล่นพนันกับซาตะขณะที่ทั้ง2 กำลังเล่นไผ่กันอยู่นั้น หยังซูพาคนไปเพื่อฆ่าทั้ง2คน เกิดการต่อสู่กัน ซาตะถูกฆ่าตาย แต่หยังซูก็ไม่รอด หานซีและอากู่พากันกลับไปฮ่องกงกลับสู่วงการอีกครั้ง
