Story :

Three companions are frightened by a horrible ghost that haunts their dorm. Tired of running away, they summon a spirit to help them defeat the ghost. But things turn chaos when they can''t control and handle the situation which finally brings up a hilarious haunting story.

ความเดิมจากภาคที่แล้ว (หอแต๋วแตก) “ผีน้ำนิ่ง” ตามจองล้างจองผลาญจนคนในหอพักของกระเทยสามพี่น้อง อยู่ไม่ได้จึงต้องย้ายหนีกันหมด รวมถึงกระเทยสามพี่น้องด้วยที่ต้องย้ายหนีระหกระเหินมาเซ้งหอพักแห่งใหม่เพื่อทำกิจการหอพักต่อไป แต่เหมือนหนีเสือปะจระเข้ ที่หอพักแห่งใหม่ สามกระเทยต้องผจญกับ “ผีนางรำ” ที่ชื่อ “อุษามณี”

กระเทยสามพี่น้องพร้อมใจกันเล่นผีถ้วยแก้วหวังเรียก “ผีแพนเค้ก” ให้มาช่วยปราบผีอุษามณี แต่ด้วยดีกรีความเก๋าตายมานานกว่าของผีอุษามณี ทำให้ผีแพนเค้กไม่สามารถช่วยได้ ความวุ่นวายอลหม่านปนเสียงฮาจึงเกิดขึ้น

เรื่องราวจะยุ่งเหยิง พันพัว อีรุงตุงนัง ชวนฮาสนั่นขนาดไหนต้องติดตาม

This movie is highly recommended if you are looking to get spooked out and laughed about it. It's very comical in a sense it's also scary. All the actors did a very great job on this film, especially Koti Aramboy! The rest of the casts are also hiliarious. Have to see it for yourself!
