Story :

After a conman is caught trying to cheat his own boss, he is fired and thrown out on the streets. He starts a kung-fu school with a constable who was also fired. Their gym becomes quite well known, and the school enters a Lion Dance competition. Through a bit of cheating and mischief, they win the contest, but fall under the scornful eye of the losing school, who is bent on revenge.
