Story :

Set in a small Korean hospital, the once peaceful place is now a labyrinth of haunted corridors and the stage for frightful events: a medical student is inexplicably draw to a beautiful dead girl; a troubled child is tortured by bloody visions of her dead parents; and a married couple find themselves investigating a series of gory murders.

อึนยอง หมอผ่าตัดภรรยาของดองวอน ดองวอนถูกฮิราอิฆ่าตาย ทำให้เธอเป็นจิตหลอน และคิดว่าตัวเองคือดองวอน จิตใต้สำนึกของเธอ บอกให้เธอทำการฆาตกรรมต่อเนื่อง จนในที่สุดเธอก็ถูกจับได้ และฆ่าตัวตายในที่สุด ในระหว่างที่เกิดเรื่องวุ่นวายนั้น จังนัม นักศึกษาแพทย์ รวมทั้งหมอลี ก็มีเรื่องราวที่เกิดขึ้นกับตัวเอง จังนัมถูกผอ.บังคับให้แต่งงานกับลูกสาวตัวเอง ซึ่งจังนัมไม่รู้มาก่อนว่า เธอได้ตายไปแล้ว ส่วนหมอลีก็เข้ามาพัวพันกับอาซาโกะ เด็กน้อยวัย 12 ขวบที่รอดตายจากอุบัติเหตุ
