Story :

Everyone who has a tattoo of the MahaAud symbol can feel its strange power -- although it’s not clear whether the force is positive or negative. Three people all experience highly different effects after they are tattooed with the mysterious character: Ka-jorn, a former soldier, found he could disappear during war ; Thongkam, knows something about the MahaAud -- but can he use its secret to his advantage?; and Jet is a young orphan who learns from MahaAud that his death is not far away. Can anyone harness the extraordinary influence the shape bears and twist it to suit their needs?

เนรมิตภาพแห่งจินตนาการของพิธีกรรมความเชื่อในเรื่องราวเหนือธรรมชาติ ความเป็นอมตะอยู่ยงคงกระพันหนังเหนียวฟันแทงไม่เข้า จากการการสักยันต์มหาอุตม์ของคนไทยผสมผสานกับรูปแบบของความเป็นภาพยนตร์แอ๊กชั่นอย่างเต็มพิกัด

ใช่ว่าทุกคนที่ผ่านการสักยันต์มหาอุตม์จะได้สัมผัสและรู้ซึ้งถึงพลานุภาพของสิ่งที่เป็นคุณอนันต์หรือโทษมหันต์เหมือนกันทุกคน เช่นเดียวกับรอยสักยันต์มหาอุตม์ที่อยู่บนร่างทหารรับจ้าง 2 คนคือ ทองคำ (ธีรยุทธ ปรัชญาบำรุง) และ ขจร (นิรุตติ์ ศิริจรรยา) ภายหลังจากสงครามทองคำได้บวชเป็นพระและชุบเลี้ยงเด็กกำพร้าชื่อ เจตน์ (ชาติชาย งามสรรพ์) ส่วนขจรนั้นหายสาปสูญไปในสงคราม

เจตน์ได้รับการถ่ายทอดรอยสักยันต์มหาอุตม์จากหลวงพ่อทองคำและเส้นทางชีวิตทำให้ต้องต่อสู้กับ ขจร ผู้ปรากฎตัวกลับมาอีกครั้ง กลายเป็นจอมวายร้ายที่น่ากลัวเป็นผู้อยู่เบื้องหลังของการค้ายาบ้ารายใหญ่ ความเข้มข้นของเรื่องคือการต่อสู้ที่จะพิสูจน์ว่าเจตน์ ผู้ที่ยังใหม่ต่อพลังนี้จะสามารถล้มล้างพลังแบบเดียวกันแต่อยู่ในด้านมืดของผู้กล้าแกร่งอย่างขจรได้หรือไม่
