Story :

Phenomenal event occurred on planet Earth in the sixth century B.C.E (Before Common or Christian era)—The Birth of Lord Buddha—which has been thought of as one of the greatest blessings to mankind. He was born into a royal family as Prince Siddhartha in a land shared by the borders of Nepal and India. After his birth, there was a great prediction that a Great Being would arrive before all the people of the land.

At age 29, Prince Siddhartha renounced his royal lifestyle and left his kingdom to go out and search for the meaning of life and the causes of human suffering. He ordained his life to this important cause and thus was the beginning of his great search that encountered many dangerous obstacles to achieve his life purpose for humankind.

ย้อนหลังไปกว่า 2,500 ปี เจ้าชายสิทธัตถะประสูติ ณ สวนลุมพินี โหรได้ทำนายว่าถ้าเจ้าชายไม่ได้เป็นกษัตริย์ผู้ยิ่งใหญ่ ก็จะได้ตรัสรู้เป็นพระพุทธเจ้า พระเจ้าสุทโธทนะผู้เป็นบิดาจึงทำทุกวิถีทาง เพื่อไม่ให้พระราชกุมารผันความสนพระทัยไปออกผนวช แต่แล้ววันหนึ่งเจ้าชายก็ได้พบความจริงว่ามนุษย์นั้นจะอย่างไรก็ไม่พ้นความทุกข์ เกิด แก่ เจ็บ ตาย จึงตัดสินใจช่วยมนุษย์ให้พ้นทุกขเวทนานี้ โดยหนีออกจากพระราชวังไปออกผนวช

เจ้าชายสิทธัตถะต้องพบกับอุปสรรค ต้องทดลองทรมานตนหลายรูปแบบ ต้องพบกับมารที่มาผจญกว่าจะได้ตรัสรู้เป็นสมเด็จพระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้า เพื่อพบกับภารกิจอันยิ่งใหญ่ ในการช่วยเหลือมนุษย์โลกให้พ้นทุกข์
