Story :

The family of a U.S. Ambassador in Poland is murdered by an international terrorist ring led by Welles and Hussy (the ambassador is Heddison). The American brother-in law (Liapus), a member of the C.I.A., travels to Hong Kong to track down the terrorist. While there he is paired up with a Hong Kong cop (Danny Lee). Tension builds. Lee's partner (Tommy Wong) is a dupe. Kwan is Lee's reporter girlfriend. A big business conference is being held in HK and Welles seeks to mess it up.
