Story :

While Plane and Carrie, who are police officers and in a romantic relationship, are protecting a key witness for a murder trial in a hotel, a madman assassin attacks and murders both Carrie and the witness.

A year later, Plane has been an unbalanced cop who has been assigned a new partner, Turkey. Turkey is madly in love with Tinny, a pin-up model, who becomes the target of the same madman that murdered Carrie. Plane and Turkey jump at the chance to hopefully catch him. However, Plane's life becomes unhinged when Mandy, a woman with a splitting image of Carrie comes to visit Tinny, and Plane falls in love with her.
