Story :

Jet Li stars again as Wong Fei Hong, with plenty of martial arts action
and lion dances. This time he travels to Peking to visit his father, a
lion-head manufacturer, and is forced to defend his father's school
against a rival.

There, Aunt Yee (Rosamund Kwan) meets an old Russian flame who is involved in a plot to overthrow the Chinese government. He gives her a motion picture camera as a gift, that captures a plot to assassinate Li Hung Cheung during the Lion Dance Competition. Wong then enters the Competition in order to stop the assassination attempt.

Again, this is one of his best movies! every once upon a time is very good except once upon a time in china and america, that was sucky!
