Story :

A strain of the SARS virus infects members of an apartment complex, turning them into vampire zombies that foam at the mouth. Superhero and soldier of fortune Khun Krabi happens to be upon the scene rescuing mobster heiress Lady Liu from evil kidnappers. As ineffectual SWAT team members prevent the SARS zombies from escaping the building, the good and evil humans join forces to battle hundreds of the SARS zombies. Every now and then when one of the female characters strips down to her underwear, much to the delight of her drooling male compatriots.

เกิดโรคไวรัส SARS รุ่นที่ 4 เป็นไวรัสกลายพันธุ์รุ่นร้ายแรงที่สุดที่เคยค้นพบ กำลังระบาดอย่างหนักในทวีปแอฟริกา ผู้ที่ติดเชื้อร้ายแรงจะมีสภาพไม่ต่างจากผีดิบหิวกระหาย แมลงสาบตัวหนึ่งนำเชื้อนั้น บินร่อนข้ามน้ำ-ข้ามทะเลจากทวีปแอฟริกา มาถึงประเทศไทย ด็อกเตอร์ ไบรอัน ทอมสัน (แอนดรูว์ บิ๊กส์) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากอเมริกาที่กำลังคิดค้น และวิจัยเรื่องวัคซีนแอนตี้ไวรัสในประเทศไทย แต่หมองูตายเพราะงู ดร.ไบรอัน จึงพลาดท่าได้รับเชื้อ SARS เข้าไปเต็มๆ

หลิว (พินทุ์สุดา ตันไพเราะห์) ลูกสาวคนสวยของ เฮียเหลา (สุเทพ ประยูรพิทักษ์) เจ้าพ่อคนดังแห่งกทม. ถูกโจรกลุ่มหนึ่ง ลักพาตัวมากักขังเอาไว้เพื่อแลกกับเงินค่าไถ่ อ.เทพลีลา (เทพ โพธิ์งาม) โคตรขุนกระบี่ชาเขียว ฮีโร่ปลดระวาง ในฐานะเพื่อนเก่าแก่ของเฮียเหลา ได้รับการติดต่อให้มาชิงตัวหลิวคืน แต่เนื่องด้วย อ.เทพลีลาได้ประกาศวางมือถอนตัวออกจากวงการแล้ว ฮีโร่รับจ้างนาม ไอ้ขุน ขุนกระบี่สายพันธุ์ใหม่ (ศุภกรณ์ กิจสุวรรณ) ในฐานะศิษย์รุ่นสุดท้าย จึงถูกส่งตัวมาที่คอนโดฯ นี้ เพื่อจัดการกับเหล่าโจรกระจอกกลุ่มนั้น และนำตัวหลิวกลับคืน

แต่ทว่าสิ่งที่กำลังรอคอยขุนกระบี่อยู่ในคอนโดฯ แห่งนี้ ไม่ได้มีแค่กลุ่มโจรกระจอกเท่านั้น ดร. ไบรอัน ก็พักอาศัยอยู่ที่นี่ และบัดนี้ เชื้อ SARS ที่เขาได้รับ ทำให้เขากลายสภาพไปเป็นผีดิบ Sars Zombie อย่างเต็มตัว ด็อกเตอร์ผีดิบเริ่มแพร่เชื้อสู่ผู้คนที่อาศัยอยู่ในคอนโดฯ เดียวกันนี้อย่างรวดเร็ว คอนโดฯ มรณะถูกทางการสั่งปิดตาย คนในห้ามออกคนนอกห้ามเข้า เพื่อไม่ให้มีเชื้อแพร่กระจายออกมาภายนอก รัฐบาลส่งทีมแพทย์และหน่วยพิเศษ ในความรับผิดชอบของ ท่านรมว. รัตน์สุดา (เนาวรัตน์ ยุกตะนันท์) เข้ามาจัดการอย่างเร่งด่วน

If you want to have a fun night with somes friends buy this movie.
A great job, for a fun time, some of the greatest funny takes ^_^
