Story :

In the summer of 1974, on her way back from a family visit, Xing-Yu meets the young and rebellious Si-Mong and a flicker of romance ignites between the two. When Xing-Yu’s childhood friend and lover, Yuan, and his platoon get into a fight with Si-Mong, it only draws her closer to him as she attempts to make peace between the two spurning rivals. As social upheaval begins to create a climate for violence and uncertainty, Xing-Yu begins to understand where her destiny is taking her.
