Story :

Steven Seagal returns to the big screen as ex-CIA agent Jake Hopper who is on a vacation in Thailand when his daughter Jessica and the daughter of a senator are kidnapped by a ruthless terrorist group. The CIA have launched their own investigation into the matter in order to insure her safe return, but unorthodox Hopper feels the need to take matters into his own hands.
