Story :

Rahul (Hrithik Roshan) and Akshay (Saif Ali Khan) are the best of friends even though their personalities are diametrically opposite in nature. Rahul believes that God has made one woman for him and will reveal her in His own time...while Akshay believes that life is too short to spend time with only one girl!! Rahul befriends a girl whose tastes match his own but whom he has never met by writing to her at a post box no. After Akshay lands in the umpteenth mess, his mother takes matters into her hands and arranges his marriage to her childhood friend's daughter Esha (Esha Deol). A harassed Akshay sends Rahul to check out his 'to-be-fiancee'. Rahul gives his approval to the match and the engagement is fixed but Rahul is in for a shock! The girl he has been writing to and has fallen in love with is none other than Esha!
