IPYTM disappointed me but the photobooks didn't

ITSAY was amazing in terms of music, acting, chemistry, and cinematography! However, IPYTM left me disappointed in comparison - the beginning was fine, the middle not so much (in my opinion), with the ending being ok. I preordered the photobooks before IPYTM aired because I was so excited to get both of them and didn't know the drama would leave me the way it did. However, both the photobooks are amazing. I thought I would be tired of the IPYTM one (because of my feelings on the drama) but the photobooks are actually split between the actors, not the dramas. Each one features images from both dramas in one book, with them, geared towards a specific actor instead (the ITSAY one focused on Teh/Bilkin, and IPYTM on Oh-Aew/PP). That makes re-reading both of them worthwhile, regardless of your personal feelings for the individual dramas! They also actually have English translations for the commentary found in both which is doubly great for an international (English-speaking) fan! Overall they were both the worth the wait and I'm happy to have them!
