Story :

A nuclear power plant is about to be commissioned upon the signing of corrupt and power hungry politicians. The citizens are in frenzy, as they oppose this plan but they cannot do a thing about it. And so, a hero was born, chasing down the criminals and the corrupt, killing of whatever threatens the city’s well being. He leaves a card with his name simply as “THE RED EAGLE”. However, the hero becomes the hunted, when the politicians send out their best defense, known as “THE BLACK DEMON.”

ปี 2016 กรุงเทพมหานคร เต็มไปด้วยความวุ่นวาย โจรผู้ร้ายชุกชุม เกิดการคอรัปชั่นของนักการเมืองและกระจายวงกว้างเกินกว่าจะควบคุมได้ โครงการอาวุธนิวเคลียร์ร้ายแรงกำลังจะเกิดขึ้น ท่ามกลางสภาพความเสื่อมโทรมของสังคม ประเทศชาติ ได้เกิด วีรบุรุษลึกลับ ที่ตามล่ากวาดล้างคนชั่ว เขาไม่เคยเปิดเผยตัวตนที่แท้จริง ทุกครั้งที่ฆ่าคนชั่วสำเร็จ มีเพียงนามบัตรใบเดียวที่ทิ้งไว้ ภายใต้ชื่อ อินทรีแดง เท่านั้น

อินทรีแดงไม่ได้เป็นผู้ล่าเพียงฝ่ายเดียว เขายังต้องเผชิญหน้ากับ ปีศาจดำ นักฆ่ามือหนึ่ง ที่เหล่าคนชั่ว ส่งมาตามล่าเขา เช่นกัน
