Story :

Kitaro 2 (Gegege no Kitaro), the sequel to 2007s live-action adaptation of Mizuki Shigeru's popular manga, is set in the same world populated by Yokai, demon spirits with supernatural powers. Eiji Wentz of WaT reprises his role as Kitaro, the half-human, half-yokai hero, who takes it upon himself to resolve the problems that arise when human and Yokai collide in modern-day Japan. The story will focus on a forbidden love between humans and yokai while Kitaro and his friends must investigate a series of mysterious disappearances and a cursed cycle that dates back 1000 years.
