About Tsubasa :

The main character is Tsubasa Ozora, known as Oliver Tsubasa in Brazil, Oliver Atom in Peru and Majid in the Middle East. The story starts of with Tsubasa age 11, a new student at Nankatsu (Ñupi), who teaches the local soccer team what the game is all about. Through out the series he meets several other kids who share his own love for the game, such as: Benji / Wakabaiashi Genzo / Benje Wakabaiashi, the golee, Tsubasa's best friend: Tom / Mizaki Taro / Carlos Mizaki, and his "arch-enemie" Steve / Kojiro Hyuga. Together they will play game after game in the an intent to win the national junior soccer tournament.
